Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking a Manager, Political Affairs to lead the strategic governance and operations of the Federal PAC. You will work cross-functionally with Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior leadership to align public policy priorities with political engagement activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of campaign finance regulations, strong analysis, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA/BS) in Political Science, Public Policy, Government, Communications, Business, Law, or related.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in political affairs, government relations, PAC management, legislative affairs, or related fields.
• Experience independently managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience presenting recommendations and analyses to senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Election Commission regulations and campaign finance laws.

Aufgaben

• Manage the strategic planning, governance, and operations of the RGA Federal PAC.
• Develop and execute plans to increase PAC participation and engagement.
• Provide guidance on PAC operations, compliance, and governance practices.
• Offer analysis and recommendations on political opportunities and priorities to leadership.
• Oversee PAC communications, campaigns, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate governance materials and board meeting preparations for PAC.
• Monitor federal/state political developments impacting RGA and the industry.
• Build relationships with policymakers, associations, consultants, and compliance advisors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other functions to manage compliance risks.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations to evaluate PAC performance.
