Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience in power generation, transmission and/or distribution.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to make decisions and take action without direction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance goals are met.
• Provide leadership through workforce planning and training opportunities.
• Give regular feedback to employees on performance and development.
• Lead engineering analyses and provide recommendations for operation and maintenance improvements.
• Oversee project designs, specifications, and engineered solutions for power plant equipment.
• Support annual budgets and spending for maintenance and efficiency projects.
• Coordinate design with plant representatives, contractors, and suppliers.
