Job summary

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation seeks a full-time Manager, IS Critical Case Management for the NPRC. This role leads the critical case management function, coordinating across Information Specialists, Peer & Family Support, and NPRC teams to provide participant-centered support.

Remote work with some on-site meetings and travel is required. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of complex case management, strong resource navigation, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in complex case management or related field.
• Ability to rapidly assess and manage high-priority, time-sensitive cases.
• Strong knowledge of paralysis-related needs and disability resources.
• Experience establishing workflows, documentation standards, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM for case documentation and reporting.
• Ability to present and build relationships with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the critical case management function from triage to closure.
• Coordinate specialist involvement while retaining internal ownership and escalation duties.
• Develop and maintain protocols, tools, and documentation standards for case management.
• Set and monitor documentation expectations, conduct quality reviews, and analyze patterns.
• Maintain program data and prepare summaries for NPRC reporting and QA activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Information Specialists handling complex cases.
