Job summary

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is seeking a Manager, IS Critical Case Management to lead the critical case management framework for NPRC, coordinating Information Specialists, Peer & Family Support, and other NPRC functions to ensure coordinated, participant-centered support.

The role is primarily remote with standard daytime hours and periodic on-site meetings or travel for conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in complex case management or related field
• Ability to assess high-priority, time-sensitive cases with sound judgment
• Strong knowledge of paralysis-related needs and community resources

Responsibilities

• Lead the critical case management function including triage, assignment, and closure of complex cases
• Coordinate consultant involvement while maintaining internal ownership of case management and documentation
• Develop protocols, tools, and documentation standards for escalation and review
• Monitor documentation standards in Salesforce and ensure data quality and timely records
• Prepare program data and summaries for NPRC performance reporting and federal reporting
