Job summary

Circana is seeking a Manager to partner with global technology brands and deliver data-driven insights across Consumer Technology categories. You will balance recurring reporting with ad hoc analyses, working with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate market data into strategic guidance.

Remote role in the U.S. with Pacific Time alignment; you will help clients understand macro trends, sales dynamics, and opportunities to drive business value through AI-powered analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of market research, business management or client service experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Deliver recurring reporting, presentations, and insights that translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrate curiosity and understanding of AI-enabled solutions, communicating Circana's AI capabilities to clients.
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide perspectives on market performance and opportunities.
• Analyze Consumer and B2B Technology sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Client Insights, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions and client experience.
• Actively contribute to client retention and business growth by identifying opportunities to expand Circana's value.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance deliverables, and elevate the client experience.
