Job summary

Mercy seeks a Nurse Manager for the Medical Management & Transition Team to provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for Mercy's virtual-based transitional care medical management and lifestyle programs. This role is accountable for daily operations, quality outcomes, staff performance, and regulatory compliance of services supporting patients transitioning across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN or working toward within 2 years.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Four years of clinical experience with management and teaching basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for virtual transitional care programs.
• Oversee daily operations, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure patient-centered care.
