Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking a Manager, Professional Services (Clinical Implementations) to lead a clinical implementation team and drive regulatory/MIPS strategy. You will balance coaching, capacity planning, and deployment readiness across beta and GA launches while aligning product features with client needs.

The role combines people management with hands-on execution, governance, and quality assurance to ensure compliant, scalable software rollouts for ambulatory therapy providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• An active or past clinical degree (PT/OT/SLT) is a strong plus
• Minimum of 2 years of formal people management or team lead experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects or implementation teams
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on regulatory or consultative experience (MIPS) with software workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day managerial leadership for direct reports, including 1:1 meetings, career pathing, development opportunities, and performance management
• Coach consultants on advanced techniques and navigating client conversations about software updates, workflows, and mandates
• Oversee project assignments, monitor backlogs, track capacity, and maintain utilization targets
• Partner with Product Management during Beta to GA, evaluating feature readiness and deployment timelines
• Establish post-implementation reviews to reduce Time-to-Value and integrate AI tools to scale consultancy output
• Maintain a personal portfolio of 1–2 strategic or early-adopter implementations
