Job summary

Insurity is seeking a Manager, Professional Services – Application Development to lead a team delivering client-facing implementations of the Sure Commercial platform. You will own technical design, integrations, and quality through go-live in a billable Professional Services model.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with enterprise SaaS experience, guiding teams, balancing delivery quality, utilization, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting external client-facing software implementations (SaaS/enterprise).
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, system integrations (APIs), and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of individual contributors.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional talent.
• Guide goals and ensure they are met; manage department priorities.
• Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships; engage with stakeholders.
