Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development N to design scalable solutions on the Insurity Pro Suite. You will work with solution architects, analysts, product owners, and leads to translate business requirements into solid technical designs.

You will develop and maintain applications, build reusable components, APIs, and integration frameworks while ensuring security, performance, and scalable architectures across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/CE/IT) with advanced training preferred.
• Strong background in Agile and SOA principles with practical delivery experience.
• Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical solutions on the Insurity Pro Suite platform.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, PO and leads to define architecture and data flow.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications and integration frameworks.
• Provide production support, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
