Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, with 5 in the DoD.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• U.S. citizenship and adjudicated DoD SECRET clearance on first day.

Responsibilities

• Support the government FMS Branch Chief with PM, analytic and administrative tasks.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, travel, and program action items.
• Maintain data/organizational charts, and assist with reports and training files.
• Handle classified materials and use DSAMS/SAMRS for LOA/manpower profiles.
• Support travel budgets and CONUS/OCONUS travel arrangements.
