Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks a Management Analyst to provide full-spectrum support to the GLOBAL HAWK Program Office in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The position requires a blend of project management, analytics, and administrative skills, with responsibilities spanning document preparation, briefing material coordination, and information management.

Candidates must hold a BA/BS with 12 years of relevant experience (5 in DoD) and an adjudicated DoD SECRET

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree with 12 years of relevant experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
Adjudicated DoD SECRET security clearance on first day of employment.
Ability to coordinate with government and contractor personnel.
Proven mix of project management, analytic, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office, eSAMM, and SharePoint.
Coordinate agendas, briefings, and materials; track actions and suspenses for meetings, reviews, and audits.
Track IPT staffing, data entry, and reporting; manage training files, and handle classified materials as required.
Support LOA and manpower data creation/modification in DSAMS and SAMRS.
