Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the full month-end close in a remote, hands-on role during maternity leave coverage. You will review and approve complex journal entries, supervise multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, and support accounting operations across international subsidiaries using NetSuite and Numeric.

Requires US GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred, and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience to ensure accurate financial reporting and a timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including revenue recognition and debt accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and close management tools such as Numeric.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve complex month-end closing activities across balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepare and evaluate consolidation and allocation entries across international subsidiaries.
• Conduct flux analyses, currency revaluations, and eliminations for consolidated statements.
• Support the team with journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc inquiries.
• Approve wires and respond to stakeholder inquiries with timely communication.
