Allbridge, The Woodlands, TX (Hybrid) is seeking a Managed Services Specialist to coordinate renewals, budgets, and service offers while collaborating with sales, operations, and technical teams. The role emphasizes customer engagement and process improvement.

The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong business sense and customer relationship skills, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, operational, sales support, account management, or managed services role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with business systems, CRM platforms, quoting tools, or similar applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the managed services renewal process from initial review through contract execution.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for managed services programs and customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed services offerings, including recurring services, renewals, and service modifications.
• Support the lifecycle of managed services programs, including customer onboarding, service modifications, contract administration, renewals, and ongoing account support.
• Manage products by identifying new SKUs, maintaining distributor pricing, supporting pricing updates, and coordinating product lifecycle changes, including new product introductions and end-of-life (EOL) transitions within company systems and tools.
• Serve as a customer-facing resource, building relationships and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, service delivery, finance, and technical teams to support customer and business objectives.
• Monitor and manage key business metrics, forecasts, budgets, and reporting related to managed services activities.
• Coordinate renewal activities and identify opportunities to improve customer retention and service adoption.
• Help evaluate customer requirements and align service solutions with business and technical needs.
• Support process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation within company systems and tools.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
