Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a service operations specialist to ensure SLA targets for agencies, accounts and cases. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and align with distribution partners’ operational experiences.

Role requires strong system knowledge, problem solving and exceptional communication. Hybrid work in Houston combines office presence with remote work for flexibility.

Formación

• Strong grasp of site-specific systems, products and service processes.
• Knowledge of AWD, ALIP, Vantage, CCIV, Connext and SAP; ALS is a plus.
• Product knowledge including Term, IUL, GUL and VUL with index understanding.
• Minimum two years’ experience; more preferred.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication for exception requests and root-cause analysis.
• Passionate about high-quality service delivery.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy research and resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Critical thinking to find solutions beyond the obvious.
• Ability to work with multiple organizational levels; attendance and performance strong.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Timely, responsive handling of complex service questions.
• Explain details to distribution/sales and operations; negotiate resolutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal.
• Build relationships with customers, BGAs, back offices and advisors.
• Review and evaluate business issues; escalate as needed.
• Develop resolutions and recommendations; facilitate exceptions.
• Present analysis and root-cause findings to senior leadership.
• Attend internal/external calls to aid resolution of exceptions.
• Track cases and follow up with requestors.
• Participate in project teams as requested.
