Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Managed Services Specialist to support renewal processes, budgeting, quoting, and cross-functional delivery across sales, operations, finance, and service delivery. Based in The Woodlands, TX, with a hybrid schedule, you will serve as a customer-facing liaison and help drive service adoption and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical or managed services role, along with strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical, operational, sales support, account management, or managed services role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business systems, CRM platforms, quoting tools, or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the managed services renewal process from initial review through contract execution.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for managed services programs and customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed services offerings, including recurring services, renewals, and service modifications.
• Support the lifecycle of managed services programs, including onboarding, contract administration, renewals, and ongoing account support.
• Manage products by identifying new SKUs, maintaining distributor pricing, supporting pricing updates, and coordinating lifecycle changes (incl. EOL).
• Serve as a customer-facing resource, building relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, service delivery, finance, and technical teams to support objectives.
• Monitor and manage key business metrics, forecasts, budgets, and reporting for managed services.
• Coordinate renewal activities and identify opportunities to improve retention and adoption.
• Help evaluate customer requirements and align service solutions with needs.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain records, reporting, and documentation within company systems.
