Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical, operational, sales support, account management, or managed services role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business systems, CRM platforms, quoting tools, or similar applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the managed services renewal process from initial review through contract execution.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for managed services programs and customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes for managed services offerings including recurring services, renewals, and modifications.
• Support lifecycle of managed services programs including onboarding, contract administration, renewals, and ongoing account support.
• Coordinate product lifecycle changes, including new SKUs and pricing updates within company systems.
• Serve as a customer-facing resource, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, service delivery, finance, and technical teams to support objectives.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and reporting related to managed services activities.
• Coordinate renewal activities and identify opportunities to improve retention and adoption.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
