Allbridge is seeking a Service Desk Engineer II in The Woodlands, TX or Remote. The role focuses on onboarding and offboarding for new builds, coordinating resources, and managing project buildouts with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Smartsheet. Regular client communication and budget alignment are essential.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in IT managed services, strong project management skills, and experience with vendor coordination. On-call support and up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT managed services/help desk, preferably hospitality.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and timelines.
• Strong interest in project management and coordinating complex builds.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate on-site and remote resources for surveys, migrations, and tasks.
• Create and maintain project plans and update SAP/Salesforce/Netsuite records.
