Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in insurance, construction, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to resolve issues with discretion and judgement.

• Overtime or flexible schedules during high volume or CAT events may be needed.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, electronic, and written form.
• Ability to work with peers and multiple departments toward organizational goals.
• Reliable in meeting work commitments and adaptable to most situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and respond to information requests related to file management.
• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, clients, and contractors.
• Interpret and analyze policyholder inquiries about process and status of files.
• Own file inquiries related to scheduling, inspections, estimates, and contractor work completion.
• Communicate a clear plan of action to resolve issues using company guidelines.
• Document file status and progression in direct repair network systems.
