Job summary

RYZE Claim Solutions is hiring quality assurance reviewers/examiners on a 1099 contract basis. The role supports field services and QA counterparts, performing file reviews to ensure estimates and reports are accurate per client guidelines.

Two+ years in property claim handling and Xactimate/Xactanalysis experience are preferred. Remote work, queue management, and training support for adjusters are included in duties.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related property claim handling experience.
• Xactimate/Xactanalysis estimating platform experience.
• CoreLogic/Symbility knowledge (Claims Connect and Mobile) is a plus.
• Decision making skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of claim lifecycle and attention to detail.
• Good organization and time management.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with field adjusters to ensure timely submissions.
• Review adjuster reports and estimates for accuracy and client guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of insurance policies and endorsements appropriately.
• Provide clear, concise file documentation.
• Work with Xactimate/Xactanalysis on estimates.
• Respond promptly to communications.
• Monitor queues to ensure timely review and closure.
• Understand multiple client systems and guidelines; Guidewire knowledge preferred.
• Assist training of adjusters on client requirements.
• Meet or exceed cycle time and quality metrics.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
