Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing for country-wide remote work. The role focuses on credentialing and enrollment with contracted payors, ensuring licensure accuracy and timely hospital privileges for providers across regions.

Responsibilities include tracking credentialing activities, maintaining licenses, coordinating enrollments, and meeting deadlines. A minimum of three years in credentialing or payer enrollment and knowledge of credentialing databases are

Qualifications

• Three years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in managed care or provider settings.
• Familiarity with credentialing databases and payer environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; healthcare experience preferred.
• College degree or commensurate healthcare experience preferred.
• Credentialing database experience (IntelliCred, E-Vips, Vistar, Cactus, Symed, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging in the credentialing platform.
• Maintain and monitor licenses and certifications to ensure regional compliance.
• Engage in training sessions and new system workflows within set timeframes.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Complete forms and documents to obtain hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet reporting deadlines and provide status updates to supervision.
• Collaborate with Credentialing Supervisor and team members on progress.
