Job summary

Cardinal Health, in a country-wide remote role, is seeking a Coordinator for Managed Care Credentialing to maintain active credentialing/enrollment across payors and ensure licensure is current for all providers.

You will track credentialing activities, coordinate enrollments, and ensure timely reporting while collaborating with the Credentialing Supervisor. Strong organization, Excel/Word skills, and healthcare experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Three years credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and issues.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• College degree or commensurate healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Monitor licenses and certifications for compliance in all regions.
• Participate in trainings and adopt updated workflows.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Complete forms to obtain hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet processing/reporting deadlines consistently.
• Provide updates to Credentialing Supervisor and team.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
