You will maintain relationships with clients, manage services for accounts, and handle prescription processing while ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM CT).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and sales teams as primary contact for accounts.
• Research pharmacy claims and member inquiries.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee patient prescriptions including benefits investigation and prior authorization.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet processing and service needs.
• Respond to client inquiries within service level guarantees and escalate as needed.
