Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Malaria Technical Advisor for the REACH Malaria project, working with PATH as prime contractor. This remote role supports country teams with malaria program design and implementation, aligned to CRS quality standards and donor guidelines.

The advisor will provide strategic guidance, capacity building, and knowledge management across countries, with up to 30% travel, to advance high-impact malaria programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Minimum eight years international NGO experience in advisory/management.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience in technical assistance and donor-funded proposals is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide malaria strategies and tools with cross-sector engagement.
• Provide technical solutions to REACH Malaria teams remotely and on-site.
• Serve as technical backstop for the project across multiple countries.
• Maintain current malaria technical knowledge and scale up best practices.
• Lead capacity strengthening through trainings and coaching to CRS staff.
