Job summary

The role includes 20% internal health guidance for CRS staff and responding to public health emergencies as needed.

• Proven track record in securing public/private donor funding.
• Ability to convert evidence-based guidelines into staff guidance.
• Proficient in MS Office, web conferencing, and budget systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency-wide strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in outbreak response.
• Provide technical solutions for strategic planning and program design.
• Support growth opportunities through proposal development and project design.
• Mentor staff and CO/regional teams; build learning strategies and curricula.
• Oversee knowledge management, lessons learned, and research publications.
• Represent CRS in forums to enhance collaboration and donor diversification.
• Develop health resources and preventive guidance for outbreaks.
• Respond to urgent medical needs and risk mitigation planning.
