Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of work experience in Mako clinical or joint replacement.
Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare preferred.
Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
Strong analytical and problem-solving, with persuasive written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional MPS teams to improve robotic utilization.
Collaborate with FEES, CONNECT Leads and MPS Managers to create scalable training guidelines.
Implement Mako strategic initiatives within the assigned territory.
Utilize complaints data to highlight education gaps and drive re-education for new launches.
Deliver customer reports and ensure timely submission of Product Experience Reports.
