Zusammenfassung

Stryker is seeking a National Leaves Clinical Specialist to support robotic and manual joint replacement procedures across multiple territories. You will deploy with short notices, train teams on MAKO tech, and ensure clinical excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Travel can span two weeks to three months per assignment, reporting to the Senior Manager, LEAP and collaborating with local JR teams to deliver clinical support and program resources.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree or equivalent.
• MAKO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of MAKO robotic applications experience.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery and robotic-assisted technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to train others and travel, often on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Clinical expertise in MAKO robotic applications and manual joint replacement.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of MAKO systems and implants.
• Serve as a clinical resource, providing training and support to healthcare professionals.
• Deliver a tailored customer experience to surgeons, nurses and staff during deployments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards for MAKO robotics and related procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff.
