Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a National Leaves Clinical Specialist to support robotic and manual joint replacement procedures across multiple territories in the United States. You will work with JR/MPS teams to manage deployments and training during leaves.

The role requires MAKO certification, a 4-year degree, and at least 3 years of orthopedic and robotic experience, with up to 90% travel. You will collaborate with regional managers and healthcare teams to ensure safe, compliant MAKO

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge of MAKO robotics and joint replacement instruments.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 4+ preferred.
• Two years of MAKO robotics experience.
• Strong orthopedic surgery knowledge and robotic-assisted tech.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise in MAKO robotic and manual systems.
• Train healthcare staff and surgeons during deployments.
• Serve as clinical resource for inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Support scan and schedule management in RepSuite.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and providers.
• Deploy across territories with short-notice travel.
