Job summary

Stryker is seeking a National Leaves Clinical Specialist to support robotic and manual joint replacement procedures across multiple territories in the United States. You will manage scan and schedule needs within RepSuite and collaborate with JR/MPS teams and local leaders.

Travel assignments may be two weeks to three months or longer, with clinical deployment and training responsibilities. Ideal candidates hold a MAKO certification, a 4-year degree, and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree or equivalent required.
• MAKO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery and robotic-assisted surgical technology.
• Ability to travel frequently, often on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise for MAKO robotics and manual instruments.
• Serve as a clinical resource, offering training and support to surgeons, nurses, and staff.
• Ensure teams are proficient with MAKO technology and program resources.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff.
• Assist in deployment training and field coverage as needed.
