Job summary

Catholic Leadership Institute is seeking a Mission Catalyst to cultivate major gifts and manage donor relationships across the southeastern United States, with focus on Florida. Travel 4-6 times per month is required.

You will build partnerships with volunteers and staff, shape fundraising strategies, and help reach annual gift targets while integrating faith-led stewardship throughout the work. A bachelor’s degree and seven years in philanthropy are part of the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years relevant experience required.
• Minimum of seven years of professional development experience in philanthropy.
• Experience closing major gifts of $25,000+; proficient with donor research, wealth screening, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Donor & Prospect Management: identify, cultivate, and steward donors capable of large gifts; grow relationships.
• Donor Communication: prepare and follow up on proposals and gift opportunities for major prospects.
• Strategy: plan and track short- and long-term revenue and involvement metrics with the Mission Advancement Team.
