Catholic Leadership Institute is seeking a Mission Catalyst for a fully remote, national fundraising role. You will build and steward major donor relationships, partnering with the Mission Advancement Team to meet philanthropy objectives across the country.

Responsibilities include developing donor pipelines, crafting proposals, and managing a portfolio of 100–125 donors with a first-year goal of $500,000+; travel 4–6 times per month is expected, and you will work to grow CLI's impact and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years relevant experience required.
Minimum of seven years of professional development experience in philanthropy.
Experience in closing major gifts of $25,000+.
Proficient in Raiser's Edge (or comparable CRM), with demonstrated skill in prospect research, wealth screening, and writing proposals and gift agreements.

Responsabilités

Identify, cultivate, and steward donors with the capacity to make large gifts.
Engage current donors to grow relationships and support CLI's work.
Identify new donor prospects and involve them in fundraising efforts.
Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals and gift opportunities.
Plan and track short- and long-term fundraising strategies with the Mission Advancement Team.
