Job summary

Degy Booking International, Inc. is seeking a Major Events Operations Manager to oversee live event operations and logistics for a broad portfolio of clients, including colleges, universities, arts centers, and PACs.

You will manage client relationships and coordinate operational plans across the event lifecycle. The role reports to the Director of Major Event Operations, requires strong coordination, timely decision-making, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in live entertainment management and onsite logistics.
• Experience running tour advances, production logistics, and artist & vendor hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support major events for college/university and PAC clients across logistics lifecycles.
• Translate bookings into executable event plans and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure insurance, health, legal, and safety compliance for events.
