Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a hands-on Live Events Operations Manager to lead execution from planning through on-site delivery for high‑impact live experiences across multiple markets.

In this highly visible role you will own end-to-end event operations, negotiate venues, manage A/V, staging, catering, security, and logistics partners, and coordinate travel for staff, vendors and talent. Travel about 50% and live environments require quick problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of live event operations, production, or logistics.
• Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-city events.
• Experience negotiating with venues and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, live environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of live events across markets.
• Source and negotiate venue terms (hotels, theaters, stadiums).
• Manage vendors across A/V, staging, catering, security and logistics.
• Coordinate travel for staff, vendors and talent.
• Provide on-site leadership from load-in to load-out.
• Monitor budgets and control costs.

They are seeking a hands-on Live Events Operations Manager to lead execution from planning through on-site delivery. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring complex events to life. What You’ll Own

• End-to-end execution of live events across multiple markets
• Venue sourcing and negotiation (hotels, theaters, stadiums)
• Vendor management across A/V, staging, catering, security, and logistics partners
• Travel coordination for staff, vendors, and talent
• On-site leadership including load‑in, execution, and load‑out
