Ladders is seeking a Maintenance And Engineering Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing maintenance and engineering team in a remote US-based role. You will drive reliability, uptime, and disciplined execution in collaboration with Operations and Engineering.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coach a high-performing team, and partner across functions to elevate plant performance while managing change in a growing manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems and various industrial equipment.
• Proven success in improving reliability and maintenance performance.
• Experience leading maintenance transformation initiatives.
• Union manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Maintenance And Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee maintenance and engineering support within a 24/7 manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, uptime, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Operations and Engineering to strengthen plant performance and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance practices. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can drive continuous improvement, lead change, and build a high-performing maintenance team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
