Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator position.

The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily provide automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors regarding scheduled maintenance and wear items. Responsibilities include reviewing repair orders based on manufacturer requirements and negotiating for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing before approval.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position allowing you to work remotely from your residence in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding counties. Department hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are determined based on business needs.

The hourly pay range is $21.66 - $24.66, determined by education, experience, skills, and organizational needs. Additional compensation is available for weekend/evening shifts (up to $2/hr) and ASE certifications ($0.25/hr per certification in listed categories).

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to orders via phone and email in a friendly manner
  • Review proposals for proper services according to manufacturer guidelines and pricing
  • Negotiate pricing, apply warranty, and create purchase orders
  • Communicate with clients to recommend repairs and obtain approvals
  • Advise internal teams on repair options and costs
  • Suggest appropriate service locations for clients

Qualifications
  • Must be 18+, reside in Texas, specifically in Dallas or surrounding counties
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Minimum 6 months automotive maintenance or repair experience, dealership or repair shop preferred
  • Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to accept hourly rate of $21.66-$24.66
  • Must meet technical requirements for remote work
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
