Job summary

Zensar Technologies in the United States is seeking a remote Mainframe Support Analyst to join our EFT processing and settlement software environment. You will maintain and configure database records, ensure data integrity, and support client configurations across production, test, and development environments.

Ideal candidates have IBM mainframe experience, TSO/ISPF, 3270, and familiarity with deconversion and settlement processes, plus ServiceNow change management.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating IBM mainframe environments using TSO/ISPF.
• Access mainframe with a 3270 terminal emulator.
• Differentiate development, test, and production environments.
• Mainframe data sets are not relational tables.
• Knowledge of data sets and PDS libraries.
• Experience with settlement operations and deconversion activities.
• Debit card or EFT processing experience.
• ServiceNow change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform production database setup for new and existing clients.
• Add, update, and delete database records.
• Maintain customer configuration records and files.
• Ensure accurate and error-free database maintenance.
