Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Accelerator Architect to drive success of our Machine Identity Security solutions for global enterprise customers. You will deploy our platform and services, working with account teams as a customer advocate and SME in automated processes, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience working within large-scale enterprise IT environments.
• Proven business acumen to identify critical business problems and articulate effective solutions to customers.
• Extensive experience automating Machine Identity Management using the MIM platforms, API’s, Adaptable framework and connectors.
• Strong expertise with scripting and APIs for automation utilizing PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Direct working experience with modern containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Hands‑on experience working with major cloud platforms and technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with orchestration and CI/CD technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including technology, standards, and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a focused team to protect the world’s largest organizations using Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Translate and deliver customers’ business and technical MIM needs effectively.
• Prepare and deliver specialized solution workshops demonstrating expertise in the Machine Identity Security Platform.
• Evaluate existing business processes, propose process improvements, and track the success of customers’ MIM programs.
• Ensure the success of multiple customer accounts by serving as a dedicated advocate and subject matter expert.
• Document patterns and blueprints to provide compelling solutions for developers and cloud teams.
• Maintain close, collaborative working relationships with PANW teams, partner organizations, and customer organizations.
