Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Accelerator Architect to drive Machine Identity Security for global enterprise customers. You will deploy our software platform and professional services, building collaborative relationships with account teams and acting as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to identify business problems and articulate practical solutions.
• Experience automating Machine Identity Management (MIM) with APIs and connectors.
• Hands-on with containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep PKI knowledge and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to drive MIM solutions and governance.
• Deliver workshops and demonstrate the Machine Identity Security Platform.
• Evaluate customer processes, propose improvements, and track outcomes.
• Ensure success across multiple accounts as a dedicated advocate.
• Document patterns and blueprints for developers and cloud teams.
• Maintain collaboration with PANW, partners, and customer teams.
