Tuesday Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Massachusetts to join our remote care team. You will administer assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary rounds to optimize the member experience for seriously ill individuals.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and tech skills to navigate EHRs and other systems. A valid MA RN license and dependable driving are expected as part of care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in MA.
• Experience in clinical/medical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure without sacrificing patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer and interpret assessments and screenings within the clinical model.
• Develop individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead internal and joint rounds to coordinate the member experience.
• Learn and use Tuesday Health electronic systems and tools for coordinated care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with members and families.
• Serve as the quarterback of the care team transforming care for serious illness.
