Seneca Resources is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead Microsoft 365, email, and systems migrations within acquisitions and modernization projects. The role emphasizes transitioning from legacy platforms to cloud solutions and involves complex technical challenges across multiple environments.

Travel up to 65% across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with a focus on minimizing business disruption while delivering secure, compliant migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience leading Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange Online/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams).
• Strong knowledge of DNS, email routing, and security considerations during migrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 and email migration projects from discovery to post-migration support.
• Migrate environments across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Intermedia/Hosted Exchange, and On-Premises Exchange.
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Develop migration strategies and roadmaps, and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams; travel for assessments and onsite support.
