Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks an experienced Integration Engineer to lead technology integration and infrastructure modernization for a rapidly growing global organization. This remote role with travel focuses on M&A technology integration, cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant consolidations, and enterprise transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, network engineering, or technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A Technology Integration Projects, including infrastructure, security, and operational assessments.
• Perform technical due diligence and identify integration risks, compliance gaps, and modernization opportunities.
• Develop and execute technology integration and migration strategies.
• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, office consolidations, and infrastructure transitions.
• Partner with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise networking solutions including LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and related network infrastructure.
• Maintain secure and scalable network architectures.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventories.
• Support security remediation and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Deploy, administer, and optimize Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, identity services, virtualization platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Plan and execute server, endpoint, and application migrations.
• Drive cloud transformation using Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Conduct site assessments and technology readiness evaluations.
• Lead onboarding, migration, and adoption activities during integration events.
• Minimize business disruption through planning and communication.
• Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
