Job summary

Uptime Solutions Ltd is seeking a Tier 2 Microsoft 365 specialist for a fully remote, United States-based role. The position emphasizes advanced administration, migrations, security alignment, and mentoring across cross-functional teams.

You will own escalations, drive tenant standardization, and deliver automation-driven improvements while coordinating with Cybersecurity, Projects, and Sales as needed.

• Ability to manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
• Experience in migrations, onboarding, and tenant changes.
• Strong documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring abilities.
• Capability to implement automation and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Microsoft 365 Administration & Escalation: administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, identity, access, licensing, collaboration, and tenant settings.
• Own complex 365 escalations, investigate, document findings, and coordinate resolution with Microsoft, vendors, Cybersecurity, or senior resources.
• Projects, Migrations & Client Onboarding: plan and execute migrations, tenant changes, onboarding, testing, documentation, and handoff.
• Tenant Quality, Security & Compliance Alignment: review configurations for security, retention, and ETS standards; assist with remediation and reporting.
• Standards, Documentation & Mentoring: create and maintain standards, runbooks, diagrams, scripts, and knowledge articles; mentor Tier 1 staff.
• Automation & Service Improvement: identify and implement automation and AI improvements with proper testing, security, and governance.
