Amentum is seeking a skilled M365 & Identity Engineer to design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 and IAM across hybrid environments. The role emphasizes automation, security governance, and enterprise-grade identity management.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Entra ID, Okta, Exchange Online, and governance tools, plus US citizenship and remote work eligibility. This role offers remote US telework with collaboration across security and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on M365 administration and engineering.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity (On‑Prem Exchange, Entra ID Connect).
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, optimize, and support M365 and IAM services.
• Configure Exchange Online, Purview, OneDrive, Teams; assist SharePoint Online.
• Manage Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and RBAC lifecycles.
• Administer Okta and other identity platforms.
• Develop governance, security, and compliance configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across M365 and hybrid environments.
• Create automation using PowerShell or scripts.
• Produce technical documentation and SOPs.
