Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a Practice Architect II in Hanover, MD (remote) to lead Microsoft Modern Work initiatives, including Teams, CoPilot, Viva, and SharePoint Online. You will design and deliver enterprise collaboration solutions, manage consulting projects, and build a Center of Excellence to standardize best practices.
Required 7–10 years in consulting, with M365 certifications and change-management experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, software development or related field.
- 7–10 years of professional consulting or delivery experience with enterprise clients.
- At least one current Microsoft M365 certification; strong focus on Modern Work.
- Experience driving organizational change management in large M365 deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service metrics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as overall solution and practice architect for Modern Work M365 portfolio.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients, internal delivery and sales partners on proposals and SOWs.
- Design, develop and deploy custom Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions for customers.
- Lead a Center of Excellence to promote standard processes and reusable components.
