Top 10 CPA Firm is hiring a fully remote Transaction Advisory Services Manager OR Senior Manager to support private equity groups and portfolio companies through buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will analyze financial statements, identify risks, and provide insights that shape valuation and deal structure.

Qualifications

• CPA (or CPA-eligible) and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Master’s in Accounting or MBA with accounting undergrad preferred.
• 2-4+ years of financial audit experience (ideally with a top-ten public accounting firm).
• 1-3 years in a TAS practice at a national accounting firm, including at least 1 year at the Manager level.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity groups and companies through buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze target company financials, identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide insights that influence valuation, deal structure, and strategic decisions.
