Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or related M&A roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
• Analyze historical and projected financial data to identify key deal drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
