You will own partnership tax compliance, support complex real estate partnership engagements, and ensure accurate tax filings while advising on 754 elections, depreciation, and allocation methodologies. This role offers strong remote culture, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax prep experience for real estate clients.
• Experience with Section 754 elections and basis adjustments.
• Comfortable managing fixed asset ledgers, depreciation calculations, and capitalization decisions.
• Solid grasp of partnership allocation methodology, including special allocations and distribution waterfalls.
• Familiarity with step-up transactions and the mechanics of purchase price allocation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Schedule K-1s.
