Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop decks for board approvals, target screening, synergy analysis, deal updates, integration planning and pipeline reviews.
