Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned M&A senior manager to help train an advanced language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and requires 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to craft and refine AI-generated presentations across key workflows.

compensation is $100/hour with a flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, and start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration planning, pipeline materials).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery of materials for live transactions.
• Maintain high standards of written communication and visual storytelling in all deliverables.
