Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate, or securities matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• JD and active bar membership (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate realistic M&A transaction scenarios and due diligence materials to inform AI-assisted tools development.
• Apply expert judgment to corporate governance and securities matters, identifying material issues and risks.
• Produce clear, structured feedback to support enhancement of AI systems’ reasoning.
• Assess accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with standards.
• Explain cross-document inconsistencies within corporate records and financing documents.
