Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an accomplished Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Program Manager to lead within a newly formed Enterprise Transformation Office. This remote role requires 9+ months of engagement with travel up to 1-2 weeks per month and Central Time hours; US work authorization is required.

You will own deliverables from concept through completion, guiding cross-functional teams and interacting with executive stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and Supply

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex M&A, enterprise integration, or transformation programs.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Utilities, Midstream, Downstream is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate acquisition objectives into actionable plans and manage executive priorities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Experience operating in SOX-compliant or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration initiatives from due diligence through post-close stabilization and operational transition.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance models, and workstream structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration activities and align stakeholders across the organization.
• Create executive-level deliverables, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Support change management and employee readiness during integrations.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
